On October 26th, we  have participated in the „Cattle Expo – 2019“ cattle exhibition in Georgia. The exhibition was held  in a picturesque  place, on the territory of the Tbilisi Hippodrome, near Lake Lisi.

„Cattle Expo – 2019“ is one of the largest events of its kind. The exhibition was organized by the “Georgian Livestock Breeders Association” and the “Georgian Dairy Association”.

The participants of the exhibition were farmers, importers of cattle, government services, scientists, professional and industrial associations and other representatives of the field. We received detailed information about local farming  practices , and of course  got ultimate  possibility to taste dairy products of  local producers.

Our main task was to make contact with some farmers who are still thinking about cooperation with us. our And we did it. Immediately after the exhibition, we were invited to visit their farms to discuss their weak places where our help was needed.

We look forward for further cooperation.

Nowadays hardly can anyone imagine daily life without soap. By the way, soap for the first time in written sources was seen 600 Before Christ.

Our product development managers made liquid soap Handsoap W with pearl essence. The energizing mint aroma revitalizes the body and mind. Soap perfectly foams and washes even better. Packaging can range from 500ml to 5L.

Please read the reminder below, to keep your hands clean at all times. First, moisten your hands with warm water and pat your hands to make the soap foam. Wash hands with soap for at least 10 to 20 seconds. After, rinse hands for at least 10 to 20 seconds. Fingers, palms and nails must be thoroughly rubbed with soap.

BS CHEMICAL quality manager, along with technologist and warehouse manager, participated in training: “Management and organization of a modern production“. During the workshop, participants immersed themselves in the management of a real organization. Together they sought ways to become even more efficient at work; learned about problem escalation, resolution and prevention. The seminar was crowned with a theme: the concept of self-realization. Self-realization and satisfaction with one’s performance are the main human engines that drive success in achieving one’s daily goals at work.

The label is considered to be the face of the product. We strive to ensure that our product labels always look flawless and contemporary.

Currently, the Product Development Department (RnD) is updating all HORECA product labels. We do all this to make it more user-friendly. Labels will be simplified, Ph values and usage icons will appear at the front. As we mentioned, this source of information will be more attractive and representative.

Agriculture is one of oldest businesses in Lithuania. But the amount of dairy cows in Lithuania has dropped significantly in recent years. There are quit a few reasons for that. The harsh mistake farmers do is believing that cows‘ teats desinfection after milking is enough. However it is important to know that both disinfection prior to milking and udder hygien after milking is needed. That is why we decided to develop three new products.

Foamimg humectant before milking.
Ready to use humectant with lactic acid must be used prior to milking. Cow‘s teats are covered with active foam, which easily removes dangerous mastitis caused pathogens. Treatment conatins skin softening substances. The treatment must be used together with foam making cup.

Disinfecting humectant used for udder hygiene after milking process. Ready to use thick humectant contains iodine, lactic and glycolic acid. Fastens the closure of cows teats‘ milk canal. Moisturizes and protects teats‘ skin.

Latvian cows hooves are disinfected with our products. Healthy hooves – happier and more productive cows.

2017 November  22, we were  audited by  Norwegien  company Slakteriet AS . The company‘s line of business includes  preparing  fresh, raw, cooked, frozen  fish and seafood preparations for restaurants and   food producing companies in Norway.  We deliver  cleaning products to both their  plants.

The audit was based on the quality  standards of ISO 14001/ISO9001 and the food safety  Standard BRC. Auditors aim to assure  that the cleaning products  used at the factories  in Norway  are safe according to  employees health,  environmental issues, and that those chemicals used are approved for use in fishing industry.

Summary :  auditors were please with our friendly and warm meeting.  The production processes in our factory are well controlled and all necessary documents are filled at every stage.  And we are glad, that we fulfil clients’ expectations
